RETURNPOLICY

WHEN WE ACCEPT A RETURN

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, free of charge. To qualify, the item must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In the exact condition it was received
• With all original tags still attached
• Free from any odours, marks, or signs of use

WHEN WE DO NOT ACCEPT A RETURN

We will not issue a refund if the item shows any of the following:

• Signs of washing or tumble drying
• Signs of wear — creases, stretching, or fabric distortion
• Damage to the embroidery or hardware
• Missing tags or modified labelling
• Any defect or damage caused after delivery

We inspect every return carefully. If a return doesn't meet the conditions above, we'll notify you and send the item back at your cost.

HOW TO START A RETURN

To start a return:

1. Email zentche@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We'll send you a free return label within 24 hours
3. Pack the item securely and drop it off at the carrier
4. Once received and inspected, your refund is processed within 5 business days

EXCHANGES

Due to our limited edition model, we cannot guarantee exchanges. If a different size is available, we'll do our best to accommodate. Contact us before returning if you'd like to try.
