Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Shipping to Belgium takes 1–3 days. International orders take 5–10 business days depending on destination.

Yes. We ship from Antwerp to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.

Yes. You'll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Orders can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that the order has likely entered production or dispatch. Contact us immediately at zentche@hotmail.com.

We offer free returns within 14 days of delivery. However, we will not issue a refund if the item shows signs of washing, wear, or any kind of damage or defect caused after delivery. Items must be in the exact condition they were received.

Email us at zentche@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you return instructions within 24 hours.

Due to our limited edition model we cannot guarantee exchanges. If a different size is available we'll do our best to accommodate. Contact us first before returning.

Our denim fits true to size. For the oversized baggy fit we recommend going with your usual size. A detailed size guide will be available before the drop — contact us if you need help in the meantime.

Turn inside out. Cold wash only at 30°C. Do not tumble dry. Do not iron directly on the embroidery. Hang to dry. The denim will fade beautifully over time — that is intentional.

No. We never restock. Each drop is limited and final. Join our early access list to be first for future drops.

Zentche is based in Antwerp, Belgium. Our garments are produced using Japanese selvedge denim and finished by artisan embroiderers.

100 units per drop, worldwide. Each piece is numbered and certified. Once a drop sells out it is gone permanently.
